(e) On May 27, 2020, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) adopted an Amended and Restated 2014 Equity Participation Plan (the “Amended and Restated Plan”) pursuant to which, subject to shareholder approval of the Amended and Restated Plan, a total of 1,400,000 shares of common stock of the Company are authorized to be issued pursuant to the grant of stock options, stock appreciation rights and stock bonuses.
