Item 2.02
Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 8, 2019, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the “ Company ”) issued a press release (the “ Press Release ”) announcing its financial results for the fiscal period ended March 31, 2019. The Press Release also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a $0.10 per share quarterly dividend payable on June 14, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2019. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
