BOARD RESTRUCTURE & CHANGES

DataMotion Asia Pacific Limited (“the Company”) announces that Mr Ian Fisher and Mr Joshua Wellisch have today resigned as directors and two new directors, Mr Mathew Whyte and Mr Michal Safrata have been appointed to the board.

Mr Michael Robson will remain as director and has been appointed as non- executive Chairman.

Mr Mathew Whyte has also been appointed as Company Secretary to replace Mr Wellisch effective immediately.

Mr Whyte is a CPA and a Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries. He has over 18 years commercial experience in the financial management, direction and corporate governance of ASX listed companies. He has held senior executive roles on a number of Australian listed entities with operations in Australia and overseas in the biotech, power infrastructure and mining services industries.

Mr Safrata is a businessman who has over ten years experience in managing business of his own and others and is a director of ASX listed Oroya Mining Limited (ORO).

The Board takes this opportunity to thank the outgoing directors for their service to the Company during their tenure.
