TRADING HALT
The securities of Kingston Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 6 February 2018, or when the announcement is released to the market.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Kingston Resources Limited requests an immediate halt on trading in its securities (KSN) pending the release of an announcement to the market regarding a capital raising.
The trading halt is requested until the release of the relevant announcement, in any case no later than the commencement of trading on 6 February 2018.
