RIGHTS ISSUE PROSPECTUS VARIATION OF TIMETABLE
Kingston Resources Limited (“Company”) wishes to advise that it has revised the indicative timetable for the rights issue described in the Prospectus lodged by the Company with ASIC and ASX on 31 July 2015.
The timetable has been revised to move the Record Date from Monday, 10 August 2015 to Thursday, 13 August 2015. This has resulted in minor consequential changes to other dates in the timetable.
The Company anticipates lodging a replacement Prospectus on or about Thursday, 6 August 2015.
The revised indicative timetable for the Offer is as follows:
