RIGHTS ISSUE PROSPECTUS TERMINATION OF UNDERWRITING AGREEMENT

Kingston Resources Limited (“Company”) wishes to advise that it has received a notice of termination of its Underwriting Agreement for its Rights Issue Prospectus lodged with ASX on 7 August 2015 ( Offer ). The Underwriting Agreement was terminated due to a deterioration in global market conditions and specifically pursuant to a termination event triggered by a fall in the S&P ASX200 Index by more than 10% from its respective level as at the date of signing the Underwriting Agreement.

The Company advises that it will provide further information in relation to the Offer as soon as possible.
