CAPITAL RAISING & SETTLEMENT WITH FORMER DIRECTOR
Synergy Equities Group Limited ("SYNERGY" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that as part of the finalisation of its previously announced settlement with Mr Russell Miln (who has recently retired as a Director), it has successfully completed the off market sale of 10 million of its ordinary fully paid shares at a price of 0.7 cents per share to raise a further \$70,000.
The shares in question represent the 10 million shares Mr Miln agreed to relinquish as part of his settlement with the Company in relation to the Company's acquisition of its wholly owned subsidiary, Synergy Business Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (formerly MTIC Corporate Pty Ltd).
