RECEIPT OF NOTICES UNDER 249D OF CORPORATION ACT 2001
Kingston Resources Limited (“Company”) advises that it has received requests under s249D of the Corporations Act 2001 from the following substantial shareholders Yucai Australia Pty Ltd, Omen Pty Ltd and Mr Mark Muzzin for the Company to call a general meeting of members to consider a resolution for the removal of Kevin Moriarty as a director of the Company.
The Company will provide further information regarding the time and place of the general meeting to consider the proposed resolution once these details have been finalised and a formal notice of meeting has been prepared.
