Date of AGM and Closing Date for Director Nominations

Kingston Resources Limited (ASX: KSN) (Kingston Resources or the Company) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, 26 November 2020.

The re-election of certain directors of the Company will be considered at the AGM. In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Thursday, 8 October 2020.

Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm (AEDT time) on Thursday, 8 October 2020.
