Dear Option holder

OPTION EXPIRY NOTICE

On 15 November 2012 the Company despatched to you a letter advising that the final date for exercising your Kingsrose Mining Limited listed options (ASX: KRMO) is 5.00pm Western Standard Time on 31 December 2012.

We have recently received communication from a few option holders requesting another copy of the Option Exercise Form. Non receipt may have been attributable to the heavy Christmas mail.

As a courtesy, in the event that you did not receive the original notification, please be advised as follows:

The exercise price is $0.20 per option and for every option exercised, the option holder will be issued with one (1) ordinary share in Kingsrose.

Options not exercised by 5.00pm on 31 December 2012 will automatically expire and will result in the forfeiture of any rights that the option holder may have had in relation to the ordinary shares of the Company.

Quotation of options will cease at the close of trading on 20 December 2012.

To convert your options to ordinary shares (exercise of options) the enclosed Option Exercise Form has to be completed and forwarded with payment to Advanced Share Registry, 1/150 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, 6009, Western Australia, by 31 December 2012. Cheques and/or bank drafts to be in Australian currency only should be made payable to Kingsrose Mining Limited.

Upon exercise of your options into fully paid shares, the Company will apply for quotation of the ordinary shares on the Australian Securities Exchange Limited.
