Update on funds raised through Secured Convertible Loan Facility

The Administrators of Kingsrose Mining Limited (administrators appointed) (ASX: KRM) ( Company ) refer to the respective announcements of 24 March 2017 and 19 April 2017 and advise the Company has now raised a total of approximately A$6.55 million through secured convertible loan facility agreements.
