CANCELLATION OF 500,000 UNLISTED OPTIONS (KRMAQ)
We wish to advise that in February 2011, 500,000 unlisted options were issued to an employee under the Company’s Employee Option Scheme. The issue of the options included a six month vesting period.
The employee has resigned and therefore the options will not vest and have subsequently been cancelled.
Capital structure is now as follows:
