Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

and Joint Company Secretary

Kingsrose Mining Limited (ASX: KRM) (“Kingsrose” or “the Company”) is pleased to advise that Ms Karen O’Neill has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of the Company.

Ms O’Neill is an experienced finance professional, company secretary and commercial manager with operational and executive experience across a variety of industries including resources, investment banking and professional services. Her experience has been acquired working in Europe, Africa, Oceania and Australia giving her valuable insights into how to manage cross cultural and multi-jurisdictional organisations. Ms O’Neill has an MBA in Strategic Management and is a qualified Member of the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
