Annual General Meeting – Change of Date

Kingsrose Mining Limited (ASX: KRM) (“Kingsrose” or the “Company”) wishes to advise that in accordance with ASIC Corporations (Extension of Time to Hold AGMs) Instrument 2021/770, which provides companies with a 30 June year end an additional two months to hold their Annual General Meeting, the Company is delaying the date of its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Kingsrose will now hold is AGM on Friday, 28 January 2022 at 3pm AWST. Further meeting details will be provided to Shareholders in a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting to be released in due course.
