Kingspan Group plc ("Kingspan") announces agreement to acquire the stonewool insulation business and assets of Bachl

Kingspan Group plc, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce that it has today signed a series of agreements to acquire the stonewool insulation business and assets of Karl Bachl Kunststoffverarbeitung GmbH & Co. KG ('Bachl') based in Germany. The transaction is expected to complete by 31 March 2024 and will be funded from existing cash reserves.
