Kingspan Group plc ("Kingspan") Consolidates Position in Latin America
Kingspan Group plc, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce, the acquisition of a 51% stake in Villalba, a manufacturer of Insulated Metal Panels and related products in Santiago, Chile.
Together with the 51% stake recently secured in the Kingspan MV joint venture in Asuncion, Paraguay, this now brings our total facility count across Latin America to eleven. This also include operations in Colombia, Panama, two in Uruguay and five facilities throughout Brazil. Annualised revenue in the region is now approximately €500m which to date has been solely concentrated on the Insulated Panels business stream.
