Kingspan Group plc ("Kingspan") announces completion of the acquisition of Vicwest Building Products

Kingspan, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce further to its earlier announcements on 11 November 2014 and 20 May 2015 regarding Vicwest Building Products ("Vicwest"), that it yesterday completed the acquisition of Vicwest.

Except for the disposal of the Hamilton Ontario facility, as previously announced, there are no material changes to the terms of the acquisition as originally announced.
