Acquisition update

Kingspan Group Plc ("Kingspan") announces completion of the acquisition of the Building Insulation Division of Pactiv LLC ("Pactiv").

Kingspan, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelopes, is pleased to announce that further to its announcement on 18 August 2014 regarding the acquisition of the US building insulation business of Pactiv, it completed the acquisition on Friday 31 October 2014. There are no material changes to the terms of the acquisition as originally announced.
