CANCELLATION OF TRADING FROM THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to the announcement made on 20 July 2023, Kingspan announces that the listing of the Company’s Ordinary Shares on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and admission to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc have now been cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today (Dublin time), 18 August 2023.
