Kingspan Group plc, the global leader in high performance insulation and building envelope solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of Eavan Saunders as an independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 May 2025.

Eavan is the Managing Partner of Dentons Solicitors Ireland and brings over 25 years of international experience as a top-tier corporate lawyer. She has specialised in international mergers and acquisitions, as well as capital markets, working with an array of multinational public and private sector clients across various sectors.

Eavan does not hold any shares in the Company. There are no disclosures required to be made pursuant to Rule 6.1.7 (1) to (6) of the of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rule Book II.
