Director Appointment

Kingspan Group plc, the global leader in high performance insulation, building fabric and solar integrated building envelopes, is pleased to announce the appointment today of Mr Bruce McLennan as a non-executive director of the Company.

Mr McLennan (51) is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Advisory at Gresham Advisory Partners Limited, a leading independent Australian mergers and acquisitions advisory business. He has over 30 years' experience in investment banking across a broad range of industries. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Fellow of the Securities Institute of Australia.

Mr McLennan does not hold any shares in the Company. There are no disclosures required to be made pursuant to Rules 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
