The Board of Kingspan Group Plc announces the retirement from the Board of Mr. Kieran Francis Murphy with effect from the completion of today's Annual General Meeting.  In paying tribute to Mr Murphy, the Chairman thanked him for his contribution to Kingspan during the past 3 years.
