Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules, Kingspan Group plc hereby notifies the following in relation to Ms Linda Hickey, who was appointed a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 June 2013: 

(a)  in the last five years Ms Hickey has not been a director of any publicly quoted company;

(b)  there are no disclosures required to be made pursuant to Rules 6.6.7 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.

Ms Hickey holds an interest in 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
