Dear Dominion Shareholder

We refer to the Scheme Booklet, Notice of Meeting and Proxy Form which you will have received, or will receive shortly, in relation to the scheme of arrangement pursuant to which Kingsgate Consolidated Limited proposes to acquire all outstanding shares in Dominion Mining Limited.

Unfortunately, due to an error during the printing process, the Proxy Form for the Share Scheme Meeting did not include the VAC Number to permit you to submit your proxy for the Share Scheme Meeting online at www.registries.com.au/vote/dominionscheme.

Enclosed is a new Proxy Form which includes your VAC Number should you wish to submit your proxy for the Share Scheme Meeting online.

If you have already submitted your Proxy Form by post or by facsimile, your vote will not be affected and you do not need to take any action. If you do not wish to submit your Proxy Form online, then you can use the Proxy Form included with your Scheme Booklet or you can use the enclosed Proxy Form.

If you are also an optionholder, this error does not affect the Proxy Form for the Option Scheme Meeting, as online voting is not available for the Option Scheme Meeting.

If you are unable to attend the Share Scheme Meeting, and you wish to vote by proxy, your completed Proxy Form must be received by 10.00am (Sydney time) on Monday, 31 January 2011 .
