ADMISSION TO OFFICIAL LIST COMMENCEMENT OF OFFICIAL QUOTATION

Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited in its capacity as trustee of the Kingfisher Trust 2016-1 was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited as a debt issuer on Wednesday, 8 February 2017.

Official Quotation of the following securities will commence on Thursday, 9 February 2017.

• A$1,840,000,000 Class A1 asset backed secured floating rate notes due 24 November 2048.

• A$70,000,000 Class A2 asset backed secured floating rate notes due 24 November 2048.

The minimum trading consideration for the Notes on ASX is A$500,000. The Notes are quoted on ASX’s Wholesale Loan Securities Market and currently are not eligible to be settled in CHESS.
