The Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 (the 'AGM Notice') has today been published on the Company's website www.kingfisher.com.

A hard copy version of the AGM Notice and Form of Proxy will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications from today.

The Company's Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM') will be held on Tuesday, 27 June 2023 at 2.00pm at Storey Club, 4 Kingdom Street, Paddington, London W2 6BD. Full details on how to attend the AGM are contained in the AGM Notice.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the AGM Notice, the associated Form of Proxy, along with the proposed Kingfisher Sharesave Plan rules have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
