20 October 2021: Kingfisher plc (the 'Company') today announces the following open-market share transactions made by Thierry Garnier, Chief Executive Officer and Bernard Bot, Chief Financial Officer (each a PDMR) which occurred on 18 October 2021. The Company received notification of the above dealings on 18 October 2021.
