Notification of Transactions by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')

On 27 January 2015, the Company was notified that Sir Ian Cheshire, Executive Director (a PDMR), sold 16,000 ordinary shares of 15 5/7p in the Company ('Shares'). The Shares were sold on 27 January 2015 at a price of 346.4 pence per share.
