Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs)

On 25 June 2014, the Company was notified that Philippe Tible, CEO Castorama and Brico Depot Brands and Guy Colleau, CEO Group Sourcing and Offer, who are both considered PDMRs, exercised awards over ordinary shares in the Company granted under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan (the "PSP").

The awards vested and became exercisable on 17 June 2014. Following exercise, each of the PDMRs received the number of shares set out in the table below. All shares have been retained.
