KINGFISHER PLC (the 'Company')

Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

On 24 April 2014, the Company was notified that, Guy Colleau, a person discharging managerial responsibility ('PDMR') exercised awards granted under the Kingfisher Incentive Share Scheme ('KISS') in 2011 and sold ordinary shares in the Company.

Mr Colleau sold the shares detailed in the table below on 24 April 2014 at a price of 417.67pence per ordinary share.
