Notification of Transactions by Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR)

The Company was notified on 17 January 2014 that the Chairman, Daniel Bernard, acquired a beneficial interest in 951 ordinary shares of 15 5/7 each in the Company through the reinvestment of the Company's dividend payment into additional shares. The shares were acquired on 22 November 2013 with 858 shares being acquired at 395.99 pence per share and 93 shares at 398.15 pence per share.
