Notification of Transactions by Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR)

On 22 October 2013, Kingfisher plc (the "Company") was notified that Karen Witts, director of the Company, was granted an option over 2,857 ordinary shares of the Company under the Kingfisher Sharesave Plan, at an option price of 315 pence per share. The option was granted in conjunction with the entering into of a three year savings contract. The option will become exercisable on 1 December 2016.

This announcement is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4.
