KINGFISHER PLC (the 'Company')

Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR')

On 15 April 2013, the Company was notified that Ian Cheshire, Group Chief Executive, a PDMR exercised awards under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan 2010 ('PSP'), as detailed below. 

Mr Cheshire sold sufficient shares detailed in the table below to meet tax liabilities arising on exercise. This transaction occurred on 14 April 2013 at a price of 324.83 pence per ordinary share and was notified to Kingfisher on 15 April 2013.

The table below sets out the number of Kingfisher plc shares exercised by Mr Cheshire, the number of shares subsequently sold, and the total interest in Kingfisher plc shares following this transaction.
