KINGFISHER PLC (the 'Company')

Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility

On 17 April 2013, the Company was notified that Ian Cheshire, Group Chief Executive and Kevin O'Byrne, CEO B&Q and Koctas Brands, (together 'PDMRs') exercised awards under the Kingfisher Performance Share Plan ('PSP'), as detailed below. 

The PDMRs sold the shares detailed in the table below to meet their tax liabilities arising on exercise and to diversify personal finances.  These transactions occurred on 17 April 2013 at a price of 292.73 pence per ordinary share and were notified to Kingfisher on 17 April 2013.

The table below sets out the number of Kingfisher plc shares exercised by each PDMR, the number of shares subsequently sold and their total interest in Kingfisher plc shares following these transactions.  Kevin O'Byrne also has vested but unexercised options and awards over 1,094,983 Kingfisher shares.
