The following Offering Circular has been approved by the UK Listing Authority and is available for viewing:

Offering Circular dated 16 May 2019 (the "Offering Circular") relating to the update of the Company's €2,500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.

The Offering Circular incorporates by reference the auditors' report and audited consolidated financial statements of the Company for each of the financial year ended 31 January 2019, and the financial year ended 31 January 2018.
