1 October 2021: Kingfisher plc ('the Company') today announces that Tony Buffin, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that he is stepping down from the Board on 1 October 2021. Tony has served on the Board since December 2020 and is stepping down to take on a new position with a significant time commitment.

The Board would like to thank Tony for his important and valuable contribution to the Company since his appointment and wish him well for the future.
