BOARD CHANGE

Kingfisher plc ('the Company') today announces that Anders Dahlvig, Non-Executive Director, has notified the Board of his intention to step down from the Board on 12 June 2019. Anders has served on the Board for nine years and, in line with the Company's commitment to good governance, has decided to step down from the Board at this point.

The Board would like to thank Anders for his important and valuable contribution to the Company over the past nine years and wish him well for the future.
