Kingfisher plc announces today that Ms Karen Witts, Group Finance Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Imperial Tobacco Group PLC with effect from 6th February 2014. Karen will also join the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees of the Board.
