Changes to Director's details
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Kingfisher plc announces today that Mr Pascal Cagni, a non-executive director of the Company, was appointed as a non-voting director of the supervisory Board of Vivendi, a company listed on the French stock exchange with effect from 13 December 2012 and will be appointed a voting non-executive director of that company with effect from 30 April 2013, subject to shareholder approval.
