Kingfisher Mining Ltd (ASX:KFM) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Kingfisher Mining Ltd (‘KFM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of KFM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 13 September 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Kingfisher Mining Limited (‘KFM”): Request for Trading Halt
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Kingfisher Mining Limited requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.
It is expected the trading halt will end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 13 September 2022, or when the announcement on the capital raising is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Board has authorised this document to be given to ASX.
