Kingfisher Mining Limited ( ASX:KFM ) (“ Kingfisher ” or the “ Company” ) is pleased to announce that it has completed despatch on 7 November 2022 of the Loyalty Options Prospectus dated 27 October 2022 for one Loyalty Option for every five fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) held by eligible shareholders at 5:00pm AWST on Wednesday 2 November 2022 (Record Date), at an issue price of $0.005 per Loyalty Option (Loyalty Offer).
