Board Changes

Kingfisher Mining Limited ( ASX:KFM ) (“ Kingfisher ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the transition of the leadership of the Board of Directors. As of 1 April 2025 Warren Hallam will be stepping down from the role of Chairman of the Board and transitioning to a Non-executive board member. After 7 years of dedicated service as the founding Chairman Warren has made the decision to take a step back while continuing to contribute valuable guidance and support to the company.

During his time as Chairman Warren has played a pivotal role in the IPO of Kingfisher and steering it through its development including the discovery of a significant regional scale Rare Earth Elements (REE’s) discovery in the Gascoyne.

The Company is pleased to announce that Scott Huffadine who is a founding Director and has been a valued member of our board, will be assuming the role of Chairman. With a wealth of experience Scott will continue to guide the Company towards realising value from its existing assets, and in assessing new opportunities.

We extend our thanks to Warren for outstanding leadership and look forward to the next Chapter under Scott’s stewardship.
