Kingfisher Mining Limited (ASX: KFM) (Kingfisher or the Company) advises the resignation of Mr Adam Schofield as Non-Executive Director effective immediately. Accordingly, the Company will withdraw resolutions 2, 7C and 10C from the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held today, Monday 21 November 2022.
