Annual General Meeting Date and Closing Date for Director Nominations
Kingfisher Mining Limited ( ASX:KFM ) (“ Kingfisher ” or the “ Company” ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday 13 October 2025. A notice of meeting for the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to the ASX and provided to Shareholders in early September 2025.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 7.5(d) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 1 September 2025. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm AWST on 1 September 2025 at the Company’s registered office.
This announcement has been authorised by the Board of Directors of the Company.
