Annual General Meeting Date and Closing Date for Director Nominations
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Kingfisher Mining Limited ( ASX:KFM ) (“ Kingfisher ” or the “ Company” ) advises that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Thursday 17 October 2024. A notice of meeting for the Annual General Meeting is being prepared by the Company and will be announced to the ASX and provided to Shareholders in mid-September 2024.
An item of business at the Annual General Meeting will be the election of Directors. In accordance with clause 7.5(d) of the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations for the election of Directors is 29 August 2024. Any nominations must be received no later than 5:00pm AWST on 29 August 2024 at the Company’s registered office.
