Annual Meeting of Shareholders – now online only

Kingfish Limited (Kingfish) published a notice of meeting on 16 July 2020 in relation to its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Thursday 20 August 2020 at 10.30 am.

This update is to advise that Kingfish will no longer offer the ability for shareholders to attend the annual meeting in person due to the revised COVID-19 restrictions announced by the Government last week. Shareholders will only be able to participate online.

We appreciate the support and understanding of our shareholders with this change.

To attend and participate in the annual meeting online use the link to Kingfish’s online meeting platform provided by our share registrar, Computershare Investor Services in conjunction with Lumi, at web.lumiagm.com or by downloading the Lumi AGM app, and entering the meeting ID 330-817-302.

Shareholders will be able to view presentations, ask questions and cast their vote from their desktop or mobile devices. Please refer to the Virtual Meeting Guide attached for further instructions on how to access the virtual meeting.
