Application Requirements	-Submission of notification to the company that includes the candidate‘s CV, qualifications and experiences especially those relevant to the company’s industry.

- Every candidate who served before in the board of any listed company should submit information pertinent to the membership duration, no. of board sessions and attendance.

-To submit a list of the listed companies that the candidate is still members in its boards taking into consideration that the candidate is not permitted to be member of the board of more than five companies in the same time including kingdom holding company.

-A list of the companies or establishments in which the candidate participates in their management or owing directly or indirectly that are in businesses similar to kingdom holding company.

-If the candidate was previous board member in kingdom holding company, the candidate must submit a copy from the company’s management about the last board term of membership including the number of board meetings during the board term and attendance percentage as well as the participation in permanent committees, no of meetings in these committees and also to submit the financial results the company achieved during the respective board term.

-To attach a clear copy of ID for individuals and commercial registrars for companies and establishments as well as contact details.
