- A proxy needs not be a shareholder of the Company. A shareholder is entitled to appoint a proxy/proxies to attend and, in the event of a poll, vote in his/her stead. If such an appointment is made, you may delete the words "or the Chairman of the Meeting" and insert the name and address of the person appointed as proxy in the space provided. ANY ALTERATION MADE TO THIS FORM OF PROXY MUST BE INITIALLED BY THE PERSON(S) WHO SIGN(S) IT.
- PLEASE INDICATE WITH a tick “√” in the appropriate space beside each item how you wish the proxy to vote on your behalf on a poll. If this form is returned duly signed, but without any such indication, the proxy will vote or abstain at his/her discretion. Your proxy will also be entitled to vote at his/her discretion on any resolution properly put to the Meeting other than those referred to in the notice of the Meeting.
- This form of proxy must be signed by you or your attorney duly authorized in writing or, in the case of a corporation, must be under its common seal or under the hand of an officer or attorney duly authorized.
- In the case of joint holders, the vote of the senior who tenders a vote, whether in person or by proxy or by representative, will be accepted to the exclusion of the votes of the other joint holder(s). For this purpose, seniority is determined by the order in which the names stand in the register of members of the Company in respect of the joint holding.
- To be valid, this form of proxy, together with any power of attorney or other authority, if any, under which it is signed or a notarially certified copy of that power or authority, must be deposited with the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not less than 48 hours before the time for holding the Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
- Completion and delivery of the form of proxy will not preclude you from attending and voting at the Meeting if you so wish. In such event, this instrument appointing a proxy shall be deemed revoked.
- In order to determine the entitlements of shareholders to attend, participate and vote at the Meeting, the register of members of the Company will be closed from Friday, 22 May 2026 to Thursday, 28 May 2026 (both days inclusive), during such period no transfer of Shares will be effected. All transfer documents accompanied by the relevant share certificates must be lodged with the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at Shops 1712-1716, 17th Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong not later than 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, 21 May 2026.

Your supply of your and your proxy's (or proxies') name(s) and address(es) is on a voluntary basis for the purpose of processing your request for the appointment of a proxy (or proxies) and your voting instructions for the Meeting (the "Purposes"). We may transfer your and your proxy's (or proxies') name(s) and address(es) to our agent, contractor, or third party service provider who provides administrative, computer and other services to us for use in connection with the Purposes and to such parties who are authorized by law to request the information or are otherwise relevant for the Purposes and need to receive the information. Your and your proxy's (or proxies') name(s) and address(es) will be retained for such period as may be necessary to fulfil the Purposes. Request for access to and/or correction of the relevant personal data can be made in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and any such request should be in writing by mail to the Company's Hong Kong branch share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.
