The Directors of King River Copper Limited (“King River” or “the Company”) (ASX: KRC) advise the lodgment of the Prospectus and Appendix 3B for the listing of the Bonus Options Issue to reward shareholders by way of an issue of two (2) free options for every five (5) shares held by shareholders.

The timetable for the Loyalty Bonus Options Issue is as follows.
