REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

King River Copper Limited (ASX: KRC) requests a trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising.

KRC request that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of trading on Tuesday 1April 2014 or when the announcement is made.

We expect the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the halt should not be granted.
